Since 1981 we have helped people buy, sell and protect property; plan for death and disability; and assist them through difficult financial and family situations.

Principal

Joseph C. Michelotti is the owner and founder of Michelotti & Associates, Ltd. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois since 1983. He has a BA in History form McGill Univesity and a JD from John Marshall law school. He frequently lectures to the public and to the legal community.

Our Legal Concentrations

We concentrate in Real Estate Law, Estate and Probate Law, Bankruptcy, Elder Law, My Brook DUI Defense, and Asset Protection.
