There is no charge for an inital office consultation scheduled during thehours of 9 a.m to 4:00 p.m. central time Monday through Friday.

Initial telepone consultations are also no charge.

After hours, off site or non-initial consultations are charged at our normal hourly rates

Answer :

Normal turnaround time for a file is 5 business days.

Cases can be started immediately on an emergency basis.
