Hi, my name is Joe Michelotti & my firm is called Michelotti & Associates, Ltd.  My firm practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Foreclosure Defense, Income Tax Relief, Asset Protection, Estate Planning and Family Law.

I received Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School in 1983 and am licensed to practice in all of the Illinois State Courts as well as Federal courts in the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.  I have actively practiced in court since November of 1983. I am also licensed for insurance and real estate brokerage.

I am a 1975 graduate of McGill university in Montreal Quebec with a BA in History.

I have membership in various  legal and professional organizations, including the Du Page County Bar Association; Will County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association; National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys; DuPage National Association of Insurance and  Financial Associates;  and the DuPage Estate Planning Council

I grew up in Oak Park, Illinois and live in the Western Suburbs with my family. When I get a chance I like to bicycle, kayak and ski.
