The firm

Joseph received his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in 1983, after a BA in History from McGill University in Montreal in 1979. He has spent four decades representing Illinois families and individuals — in immigration, bankruptcy, foreclosure and tax matters.
He is licensed to practise in all Illinois State Courts, the United States Tax Court, and the Federal courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois.
